How much does Tycoon cost?
Tycoon starts at $0 on the Free plan, with no time limit. Paid plans are Starter at $39 a month, Growth at $99 a month and Tycoon at $139 a month. Empire, for high-volume brands, starts from $999 a month on a custom quote. Prices are in USD, before tax, at launch pricing.
Plans differ mainly in how many conversations they include each month, how much history they keep, how many team seats you get and which selling and reporting features are switched on. The plan cards and the full feature comparison on this page show every difference.
What counts as a conversation?
A conversation is one shopper in a 24-hour window with at least one AI-written reply, up to 10 replies. Greetings, button taps, add to cart and your own test chats do not count, so a shopper who only taps a button or adds a product to the cart uses nothing from your monthly limit.
What happens when you reach your conversation limit?
Tycoon keeps working in a lighter mode: live product cards, cart, checkout and hand-off to a person stay available. It never upgrades you automatically, never charges without your approval and never hides the chat. There are no overage fees. You choose whether to move to a larger plan.
One-time top-up packs of extra conversations are coming soon but are not live yet: 250 for $15, 1,000 for $49 and 5,000 for $199, each valid for 12 months.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Starter, Growth and Tycoon each come with a 14-day free trial. The Free plan is separate: it costs $0 with no time limit and includes 100 conversations a month, knowledge of up to 25 products, one seat, 7-day history and Tycoon branding on the chat bubble.
The Free plan suits a small catalog or a first look at how Tycoon talks to your shoppers. Paid plans cover your whole catalog.
How much do you save with annual billing?
Annual billing saves about 20% compared with paying monthly. Starter costs $374 a year, Growth $950 a year and Tycoon $1,334 a year, against $39, $99 and $139 a month. The features and conversation limits are the same as on monthly billing; only the billing period and total price change.
What do founding merchants get?
The first 100 stores to join as founding merchants lock their price for 24 months and get double the conversations for their first 3 months. Tycoon is in early access; the first step is a free personal demo on your own store.
What is the Empire plan?
Empire is for high-volume brands. It starts from $999 a month on a custom quote and covers 25,000 or more conversations a month, an uptime SLA, a dedicated success manager and a custom DPA. It is not a self-serve plan; you reach it by contacting the team.

Start from how many conversations your store is likely to have each month, then check which features you need. Free covers 100, Starter 500, Growth 2,000 and Tycoon 5,000. If you are unsure, start lower: at the limit, Tycoon keeps working in a lighter mode and never upgrades you automatically.

How does billing through Shopify work?
Tycoon is billed through Shopify, so you pay through the store account you already have and Tycoon never receives your card details. Installing needs no separate account. Prices are in USD before tax, and Tycoon never charges you or changes your plan without your approval.

How long is conversation history kept?
Free keeps 7 days, Starter 30 days, Growth 90 days and Tycoon 1 year. Transcripts are deleted automatically after that period. See security and privacy.
