Privacy notice for the demo

Who we are
Tycoon Agent is a brand of GIXODIA L.L.C-FZ, a limited liability company registered in the Meydan Free Zone, Dubai, UAE (formation no. 2644769), Meydan Grandstand, 6th floor, Meydan Road, Nad Al Sheba, Dubai, U.A.E. We build an AI sales agent for online stores. This notice covers the “See Tycoon on your store” demo and the details you give us for it.
What we collect
Your name, work email and store address; optionally your phone and order range; whether you agreed to product updates; your confirmation that you own or manage the store, with the time you gave it; a hashed (not readable) form of your IP address for abuse protection; how you used the demo (questions you typed, first 20, and buttons you tapped); the country your connection comes from; and how you found us (the page you first opened on our site, the site that sent you, without its query, and the campaign tags in the link, if any).
Store data
With your confirmation, we read your store's public product data (up to 50 products from products.json, your homepage's name, logo and colour, its Shopify store address and the WhatsApp, phone or email links it shows, and your public policy pages). To let the real Tycoon agent answer in your demo, this public data goes to our own agent service, which also reads your public catalogue (up to 300 products) through Shopify's public storefront API and builds the agent's knowledge from it, without any price or stock. We use it only for your demo, keep it for 7 days, and then delete it automatically. Prices and stock are read live from your store for each answer and are not stored.
Why we use it
To build and show your demo, to follow up with you about Tycoon (legitimate interest; you can object at any time), and to send product updates only if you opted in (consent).
No model training
We do not train any AI model on your details or your store's data. When the real agent answers in your demo, the question you type and the product details needed for the answer are sent to our AI provider only to write that answer, under terms that forbid training on them. Your name, email and phone are never sent.
Emails
We email you about your demo and about Tycoon. Product news and offers go only to people who ticked that box. To stop them, write to tycoonagent6@gmail.com at any time.
Sharing
We don't sell your personal information or share it for cross-context advertising. Service providers that host our site and database (Cloudflare) and, if enabled, our AI provider process data on our behalf.
How long
Store data in the demo: 7 days. Your lead details: until you ask us to delete them, or 24 months after our last contact, whichever comes first.
Your rights
You can access, correct or delete your details, and object to or opt out of follow-up, at any time (GDPR and CCPA/CPRA). Use “Delete my data” on your demo page, or write to tycoonagent6@gmail.com. We answer within 30 days. EU and UK residents may also complain to their data protection authority.
