Legal Notice

1. Definitions#

In this notice:

• "we", "us" and "our" mean GIXODIA L.L.C-FZ.
• "Tycoon" means the Tycoon Agent brand and the products and services we offer under it.
• "App" means the Shopify app "Tycoon: AI Store Agent", including the chat window it adds to a store and its dashboards.
• "Website" means tycoonagent.ai and the subdomains we operate under it.
• "Services" means the App, the Website and any related service we provide.

2. Who we are#

3. How to contact us#

3.1 One address for everything. Email tycoonagent6@gmail.com for support, sales, legal notices, privacy requests, accessibility, security reports and copyright or content notices. Please put the topic in the subject line, for example "Legal notice", "Privacy request" or "Security report". We answer in English or Hebrew.

3.2 Formal notices by post. You may also send formal legal notices to GIXODIA L.L.C-FZ, Meydan Grandstand, 6th floor, Meydan Road, Nad Al Sheba, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Please send a copy by email as well, so that we receive it quickly.

3.3 Contact point for EU authorities and users. For the purposes of the EU Digital Services Act, our single point of contact for authorities and for users is tycoonagent6@gmail.com. Communications may be in English or Hebrew.

3.4 We do not offer support by phone.

4. What we provide#

4.1 We develop and operate the App, an AI sales and support assistant for Shopify online stores, and the Website. The App is installed from the Shopify App Store, and paid plans are billed only through Shopify.

4.2 Our Services are offered to businesses. Shoppers who use the chat window in a merchant's store deal with that merchant. The merchant is responsible for its store, its products and its sales.

4.3 The Website and the App are hosted on the infrastructure of Cloudflare, Inc. Our sub-processors are listed on the Sub-processors page.

6. Disputes#

6.1 Talk to us first. If you have a complaint, email us with the details. We will acknowledge it within 5 business days and try to resolve it within 30 days.

6.2 Formal disputes. Disputes about the App or the Services are governed by the "Governing law and disputes" section of our Merchant Terms of Service. Disputes about the demo are governed by the Demo Terms.

6.3 Consumer dispute bodies. Our Services are offered to businesses. We are not obliged to take part, and do not take part, in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration or consumer dispute resolution body. The European Commission's online dispute resolution platform closed on 20 July 2025, so we no longer link to it.

6.4 Nothing in this notice limits any right that the law where you live gives you and that cannot be excluded by agreement.

7. Trademarks#

7.1 "Tycoon", "Tycoon Agent" and the Tycoon logo and orbit mark are trademarks of GIXODIA L.L.C-FZ. You may not use them in a way that suggests a connection with us or our endorsement without our written permission.

7.2 Shopify. Shopify is a trademark of Shopify Inc. Tycoon is an independent app built for Shopify. It is not made, endorsed or sponsored by Shopify, and we are not affiliated with Shopify. We use the Shopify name only to describe what the App works with.

7.3 Anthropic and Claude. Anthropic and Claude are trademarks of Anthropic, PBC. Tycoon uses Claude models through Anthropic's API as a customer. Tycoon is not made, endorsed or sponsored by Anthropic, and we are not affiliated with Anthropic.

7.4 Other names. Other product and company names on the Services, such as Cloudflare, Google, OpenAI, WhatsApp, Gorgias, Tidio, Zendesk and Intercom, belong to their owners. We use them only to identify their products, for example to describe an integration or to compare publicly listed prices. Their use does not mean that the owner endorses Tycoon or is connected with us.

8. Copyright and open-source software#

8.1 Unless stated otherwise, the content of the Website, including text, graphics, the Tycoon logo, illustrations and software, belongs to GIXODIA L.L.C-FZ or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other laws. You may view the Website and print or save pages for your own evaluation of Tycoon. Any other copying or distribution needs our written permission, except where the law allows it.

8.2 The Services use third-party and open-source software, each under its own licence. The licences for the Website are listed in the third-party notices. Nothing in our documents limits your rights under an open-source licence.

9. Reporting illegal or infringing content#

9.1 If you believe that content on the Website, or content made available through the Services, is illegal or infringes your copyright, trademark or other rights, email tycoonagent6@gmail.com with the subject "Content notice" and include:

1. your name and email address;
2. where the content is, for example the exact web address;
3. why you believe it is illegal or infringing, and which right or law is involved;
4. for intellectual property claims, a description of the work or mark and a statement that you own it or are authorised to act for the owner; and
5. a statement that the information in your notice is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge.

9.2 We review every notice promptly and objectively, may remove or disable access to the content, and tell you what we decided and why. Where we restrict content, we tell the person who provided it, give our reasons and explain how they can ask us to review the decision.

9.3 Content that a merchant publishes in its own store is the merchant's responsibility. Where relevant, we pass notices about it on to the merchant.

10. Changes to this notice#

We update this notice when our details change. The version number and date at the top show the current version.

11. Operator#
