Tycoon Demo Terms

1. Agreement and definitions#

1.1 These Demo Terms ("Terms") are an agreement between you and GIXODIA L.L.C-FZ, a limited liability company registered in the Meydan Free Zone, Dubai, United Arab Emirates (formation no. 2644769), Meydan Grandstand, 6th floor, Meydan Road, Nad Al Sheba, Dubai, U.A.E., which offers Tycoon under its brand Tycoon Agent ("Tycoon", "we", "us").

1.2 You accept these Terms by ticking the box on the demo form before you send it. If you use the demo for a business, you confirm that you may accept these Terms for that business, and "you" includes it. If you do not agree, do not use the demo.

1.3 Definitions. "Demo" means the free Tycoon demonstration on tycoonagent.ai and demo.tycoonagent.ai, including the personal demo built from your store, the live store demo that shows your store's public pages with the Tycoon assistant on top, and the sample demo of an invented store. "Your store" means the online store whose address you enter on the form. "Output" means any answer, recommendation or other content the demo produces.

1.4 These Terms apply only to the demo. When a store installs the Tycoon app, our Terms of Service apply instead.

2. Who may use the demo#

The demo is for business use by adults who own or manage an online store. It is not offered to consumers or to children.

3. Your confirmation that you own or manage the store#

3.1 On the form you confirm, separately from accepting these Terms, that you own or manage the store you name and that you agree to Tycoon reading its public data to build your demo.

3.2 You must not request a demo for a store you do not own or manage, or on behalf of someone who has not authorised you. You are responsible for any loss caused by a false confirmation.

3.3 We may refuse, pause or delete a demo if we believe a confirmation is false, or if the store's owner asks us to.

4. What the demo does and does not do#

4.1 With your confirmation, we read your store's public data: public product data, your homepage's name, logo and colour, your public contact links and your public policy pages. We build a private demo that stays available through a private link for 7 days.

4.2 Your demo is answered by the real Tycoon agent or, when that is not available, by a scripted engine. The demo tells you which one is answering.

4.3 The demo never signs in to your store, uses your admin, reads customer or order data, or changes anything in your store. It never opens checkout, takes a payment or places an order. Adding to the cart in the demo is simulated and never touches your store's real cart.

4.4 The live store demo shows your store's public pages through our service, marked as a demo and not as your official store. It removes your store's own chat tools, pixels and cookie banners and disables forms, checkout and account pages.

4.5 Order tracking and your own discount codes are not available in the demo, because they require the installed app.

4.6 How we handle your details and your store's data is described in the Demo Privacy Notice and our Privacy Policy. How the AI assistant works, and its limits, is described in the AI Notice.

5. Sample data#

The sample demo uses an invented store with example products, prices and policies. Nothing in it is an offer to sell anything to anyone.

6. The AI may be wrong#

6.1 Output is produced by an AI model and can be wrong, incomplete or out of date. Check anything important before you rely on it.

6.2 Prices and stock shown in the personal demo are read from your store's public data when they are shown and can change at any moment.

6.3 The demo illustrates how Tycoon could work on your store. It makes no promise about sales, conversion, revenue, savings or any other result, and results in the installed app will vary by store, traffic and catalogue.

7. No warranty#

The demo is free and provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we give no warranty of any kind about the demo or its Output, express or implied, including about accuracy, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or that it will be free of errors or interruptions.

8. Acceptable use#

You must not:

(a) request a demo for a store you do not own or manage;

(b) send automated or bulk requests, or try to get around rate limits, bot checks, link expiry or demo limits;

(c) try to break, probe, overload, scan or reverse engineer the demo, the site, the agent or our systems, including attempts to make the AI reveal its instructions or produce harmful, unlawful, misleading or offensive content;

(d) use the demo or its Output to build or train a competing product or AI model, or copy the demo at scale;

(e) enter other people's personal data, payment details, passwords or anything unlawful into the demo; or

(f) share a private demo link in a way that presents the demo as your store's official website or misleads shoppers.

Our Acceptable Use Policy also applies to the demo. We may stop a demo, block access or refuse service if these Terms or that policy are broken.

9. Intellectual property#

9.1 The demo, the sites, the Tycoon software and their content belong to GIXODIA L.L.C-FZ or its licensors. These Terms give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the demo for evaluating Tycoon, for as long as the demo is available.

9.2 Your store's content stays yours. You allow us to read your store's public data and use it only to build and show your demo, for as long as the demo is kept. We do not use it to train AI models.

9.3 If you send us feedback, we may use it without obligation to you.

10. Privacy and AI notice#

By ticking the box you acknowledge the Demo Privacy Notice and the AI Notice. Product news and offers are sent only if you tick the separate marketing box.

11. Liability#

11.1 The disclaimers and limitations of liability in our Terms of Service also apply to the demo, as if the demo were part of the service. In addition, because the demo is free:

(a) to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss, or for lost profits, revenue, sales, goodwill or data, arising from the demo or its Output; and

(b) our total liability for all claims relating to the demo is limited to USD 100.

11.2 Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or wilful misconduct, or any other liability or consumer right that cannot be limited or excluded under the law that applies.

12. Ending the demo and deleting your data#

12.1 Personal demo links expire after 7 days. We may change, pause or end the demo, or any personal demo, at any time.

12.2 You can delete your details and your demo at any time with "Delete my data" on your demo page, or by writing to tycoonagent6@gmail.com.

12.3 Sections 3.2, 7, 8, 9, 11 and 14 continue after the demo ends.

13. Changes to these Terms#

We may update these Terms. The version and dates at the top change with every update. The version you accepted is recorded with your request, and a new version applies only to demos requested after it is published.

14. Governing law and disputes#

14.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the applicable federal laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.

14.2 Any dispute relating to the demo is resolved as set out in Section 21 (Governing law and disputes) of our Terms of Service, by individual arbitration administered by the Dubai International Arbitration Centre with its seat in the Dubai International Financial Centre, including the right to opt out described there. Either party may seek urgent relief to protect its systems or intellectual property in any competent court.

14.3 If you are a consumer, nothing in this section takes away the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, or your right to bring a claim in its courts.

15. General#

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in force. Our failure to enforce a term is not a waiver. You may not transfer these Terms; we may transfer them to a successor of the Tycoon business.
