In short

  • We build the Tycoon website, the Tycoon chat window and the merchant dashboard to meet **WCAG 2.2 at level AA** and **Israeli Standard IS 5568 at level AA**.
  • Every change to the website is checked automatically with axe-core. The last full run, on 22 October 2026, found no failures on the 18 pages it covers, and every page passed the small-screen and pause-animation checks.
  • We do not yet claim full conformance. Some parts are not yet fully tested or not yet fully accessible, and we list them honestly in section 6.
  • Merchants run their own online stores and are responsible for the accessibility of their own content, such as product descriptions and images.
  • Our accessibility coordinator is **Guy Avi Aharon**, at **tycoonagent6@gmail.com**. We reply within 5 business days.

Hebrew version: הצהרת נגישות

1. Definitions#

In this statement:

  • "we", "us" and "our" mean GIXODIA L.L.C-FZ, the company that operates Tycoon. Tycoon Agent is a brand of GIXODIA L.L.C-FZ.
  • "Website" means tycoonagent.ai and its pages in English and Hebrew, including the demo pages.
  • "Chat Window" means the Tycoon chat launcher and chat window that a merchant adds to its Shopify online store through the Tycoon app.
  • "Merchant Dashboard" means the Tycoon screens inside the Shopify admin and the separate Tycoon dashboard at app.tycoonagent.ai.
  • "Merchant" means a business that installs the Tycoon app on its store. "Shopper" means a visitor to a Merchant's store.
  • "WCAG 2.2" means the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.2 published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C).
  • "IS 5568" means Israeli Standard 5568, the Israeli standard for accessible web content, which is based on WCAG.

2. Our commitment and what this statement covers#

2.1 We want people with disabilities to be able to use Tycoon independently, with dignity and with the same convenience as everyone else. Accessibility is part of how we design, build and test, not a later add-on.

2.2 This statement covers the Website, the Chat Window and the Merchant Dashboard, as we provide them.

2.3 This statement does not cover:

  • the Merchant's own store, theme, product descriptions, images, policies and other content the Merchant publishes. Each Merchant is responsible for the accessibility of its own store and content;
  • the Shopify platform, including the Shopify admin around our screens and Shopify's checkout; and
  • outside services that a Shopper may be sent to, such as the Merchant's WhatsApp, email or help desk.

3. Standard, level and current status#

3.1 Target. We aim to meet WCAG 2.2 at level AA. WCAG 2.2 includes every level A and AA success criterion of WCAG 2.0 and 2.1 (except criterion 4.1.1, which WCAG 2.2 removed), so this target also covers the criteria on which IS 5568 and the European standard EN 301 549 are built.

3.2 Israel. We aim to meet IS 5568 at level AA, the level required by regulation 35 of the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Accessibility Adjustments to Service) Regulations, 2013.

3.3 Current status: partially conforms. In W3C terms, "partially conforms" means that some parts do not yet fully meet the standard. We use this term because the items in section 6 are open and because a full manual audit with screen readers is not yet complete.

4. What we have done#

4.1 On the Website

  • A "Skip to content" link on every page, and a clear structure of headings and page regions.
  • Every function works with a keyboard alone, with a visible focus indicator.
  • Each page states its language. Hebrew pages are laid out right to left.
  • Text and controls meet the level AA contrast ratio, checked automatically on each change. A light and dark theme switch is available.
  • A Pause animation button on every page stops the moving 3D background and the animated scenes. The Website also follows the "reduce motion" setting of your device.
  • The moving 3D background is decorative and hidden from screen readers.
  • Pages fit a 320 pixel wide screen without scrolling sideways, so you can zoom in without losing content.
  • The chat simulation and the personal demo announce new messages to screen readers. The revenue calculator gives screen readers a short text summary of its result.
  • Form fields have labels and clear error messages.
  • The Website has no video and no audio, and we do not use flashing content.
  • We do not use an accessibility "overlay" or toolbar plug-in. Accessibility is built into our code and content.

4.2 In the Chat Window

  • The chat window is announced as a dialog with a title. While it is open, keyboard focus stays inside it, the page behind it is set aside for screen readers, and the Escape key closes it.
  • The conversation is a live region, so new messages are read out without moving the focus. The conversation area can be reached and scrolled with the keyboard.
  • Progress steps are announced as status messages, and errors are announced as alerts.
  • Buttons, product cards and "add to cart" controls have accessible names. Product images use the text alternative the Merchant set in its store.
  • The chat applies the store's text color only when its contrast is at least 4.5:1. Otherwise it keeps its own accessible color.
  • Animations stop when the device asks for reduced motion.
  • The chat sets the language and direction of its content, including right-to-left layout for Hebrew, Arabic and Urdu.
  • The chat says clearly that it is an AI assistant, in text that screen readers read, and always offers a way to reach a person.
  • If the chat cannot load, a plain link to the store's contact options is shown instead.

4.3 In the Merchant Dashboard

  • Inside the Shopify admin, our screens use Shopify's own interface components (Polaris), which are designed for accessibility.
  • The direction of each screen follows the chosen language.
  • Charts have text labels, and decorative symbols are hidden from screen readers.

5. How we test#

5.1 Automated testing. On every proposed change to the Website, an automated test runs axe-core in a headless Chrome browser against the WCAG 2.0, 2.1 and 2.2 level A and AA rules. It covers 18 pages in English and Hebrew, each tested with and without the cookie banner. The same test checks that 5 key pages fit a 320 pixel wide screen and that the Pause animation button works on every tested page. The last full run was on 22 October 2026, and it reported no failures at the moderate, serious or critical level.

5.2 Code tests. The Chat Window has automated tests in our codebase for its dialog, focus, labelling and live region behavior.

5.3 Manual checks. During development we check keyboard operation, focus order, focus inside the chat window, right-to-left layout and reduced motion by hand.

5.4 Not yet done. An audit by an independent accessibility expert, and a full manual test with screen readers (NVDA and JAWS on Windows, VoiceOver on macOS and iOS, TalkBack on Android), are not yet complete. See section 6.

6. Known limitations#

We know about the following limitations. We are working on them and will update this statement as they are resolved.

6.1 No full screen reader audit yet. We have not yet completed a full manual test with screen readers across the Website, the Chat Window on real store themes, and the Merchant Dashboard. Problems that automated tools cannot find may still exist.

6.2 Not every page is in the automated test yet. The automated test covers 18 key pages. Our articles and some legal pages (billing, data processing, sub-processors, the AI notice, the legal notice, marketing claims and the legal index) use the same templates but are not yet in the automated list. Issues that axe-core rates as "minor" do not stop a release.

6.3 Heading levels in legal documents. In our legal documents, heading levels follow the structure of the document and may skip a level in some places.

6.4 Animated scenes on the home page. Parts of the home page tell a story as you scroll. The captions are real text and are read by screen readers, and you can stop all motion with the Pause animation button. Some people may still find scroll-driven scenes harder to follow. The same information is available in plain text on the How it works page.

6.5 Bot check on the demo form. The personal demo form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to block automated abuse. In most cases it runs without any action from you. If it ever asks you to complete a check you cannot complete, email us and we will set up your demo by email.

6.6 The Chat Window on different store themes. The Chat Window runs inside each Merchant's theme. We have not yet tested zoom and reflow on a wide range of live themes. On some stores, the chat launcher may overlap other floating buttons, including some accessibility toolbar buttons. A fix is in progress.

6.7 Disabled controls. Controls that are not available at the moment are shown faded. WCAG does not require contrast for disabled controls, but some people may find them hard to see.

6.8 The separate dashboard. The dashboard at app.tycoonagent.ai is new and is not yet in our automated test.

6.9 Content we do not control. Product descriptions, images and text alternatives come from the Merchant's store. Shopify's admin and checkout, and the outside channels a Shopper is sent to, are run by others. If you meet a problem there, tell us. We will pass it on and help where we can.

7. Getting information in another way#

If any part of the Website, the Chat Window or the Merchant Dashboard is hard for you to use, contact us and we will help. For example, we can send you any of our documents as plain text by email, explain a feature in writing, or set up a demo by email. This is free of charge.

8. Contact our accessibility coordinator#

8.1 To report an accessibility problem, ask for information in an accessible format, or ask for an accessibility adjustment, contact:

  • Accessibility coordinator: Guy Avi Aharon, Manager, GIXODIA L.L.C-FZ
  • Email: tycoonagent6@gmail.com
  • Post: GIXODIA L.L.C-FZ, Meydan Grandstand, 6th floor, Meydan Road, Nad Al Sheba, Dubai, United Arab Emirates

8.2 Please tell us the page or feature, what you were trying to do, what happened, and, if you can, the device, browser and assistive technology you used. You can write to us in English or Hebrew.

8.3 Our response times. We confirm that we received your message within 5 business days. We give you a full answer, including what we will do and when, within 15 business days. Where a fix takes longer, we offer you an accessible alternative in the meantime.

9. Information for Merchants#

9.1 The accessibility of your store depends on your theme and your content. Give every product image a meaningful text alternative in Shopify, write clear product descriptions, and choose theme colors with enough contrast. The Chat Window uses the text alternatives you set.

9.2 European Accessibility Act. Since 28 June 2025, Directive (EU) 2019/882 (the European Accessibility Act) applies to e-commerce services offered to consumers in the European Union. Microenterprises that provide services (fewer than 10 employees and annual turnover or balance sheet total of no more than EUR 2 million) are exempt from its service requirements. If your store is covered, the Chat Window forms part of your e-commerce service. We design it to the WCAG 2.2 level AA criteria on which the harmonised standard EN 301 549 is based, and you may refer to sections 4 to 6 of this statement when you describe how your service meets the accessibility requirements. You remain responsible for your store as a whole.

10. Exemptions and physical premises#

10.1 We have not asked for, and have not been granted, any exemption from accessibility requirements.

10.2 We provide our services online only. We do not receive the public at any physical location, and our registered office is not a customer service point.

11. If you are not satisfied#

If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the authority responsible for accessibility where you live. In Israel, this is the Commission for Equal Rights of Persons with Disabilities at the Ministry of Justice. In the European Union, each member state has a national authority that enforces the European Accessibility Act.

12. About this statement#

This statement was prepared on 22 October 2026, based on the automated test results of that date and a review of our code and design notes. We review it at least once a year and whenever we make a significant change to the Website, the Chat Window or the Merchant Dashboard.
