Marketing Claims and Estimates

1. Definitions#

In this document:

• "we", "us" and "our" mean GIXODIA L.L.C-FZ. Tycoon Agent is a brand of GIXODIA L.L.C-FZ.
• "Tycoon" means our AI sales and support assistant for Shopify stores and the related services.
• "Calculator" means the revenue estimate on our website ("What could Tycoon add to your store?" and its Hebrew version).
• "Estimate" means a result of the Calculator.
• "Benchmark" means a figure published by a third party about chat or AI assistants in online stores in general.
• "Sample Content" means stores, products, prices, ratings, conversations, dashboards and reports that we created to illustrate Tycoon.
• "Marketing Materials" means our website, articles, emails, social media posts and our Shopify App Store listing.

2. What this page is for#

This page explains how to read the claims, numbers and examples in our Marketing Materials. It is information only. The promises we make to you as a customer are only those in our Terms of Service and the plan you choose.

3. Where Tycoon stands today#

3.1 Tycoon is in early access. We do not yet have published results from live stores, and we do not claim any.

3.2 Statements about what Tycoon does describe what it is built and designed to do. Features marked "coming soon" are not available yet. Plan features are as listed on our pricing page at the time you subscribe.

3.3 Some descriptions include targets, such as the time Tycoon takes to learn a store or the size of the code it adds to a storefront. A target is the result we design for. It is not a guarantee.

4. How the Calculator works#

4.1 Your inputs

You enter three numbers: monthly visits, conversion rate and average order value. The Calculator accepts visits from 500 to 500,000 a month, conversion rates from 0.2% to 8%, and an average order from US$5 to US$2,000. Values outside these ranges are moved to the nearest limit. When the page opens, it shows a typical small store: 2,000 visits a month, 2% conversion and a US$70 average order (₪260 in the Hebrew version).

4.2 The three parts of the Estimate

The Calculator adds three amounts a month.

1. More orders. Visits × the share of visitors who talk with Tycoon × your conversion rate × the extra conversion of shoppers who talk × the share of that extra that we credit to Tycoon. The result is a number of extra orders, multiplied by your average order value.
2. Bigger orders. All orders from shoppers who talked with Tycoon × your average order value × the increase in order value from one relevant add-on.
3. Support time saved. Your orders × half a question per order × the share Tycoon answers alone × 6 minutes per question × an hourly wage of US$20.59.

The Calculator then shows:

• After hours: 55% of the sales gain (parts 1 and 2), shown as the share that comes from conversations started outside business hours. It is part of the gain, not added to it.
• The plan to compare: the smallest paid plan with add-on offers (Starter or higher) whose monthly conversations cover the shoppers who talk with Tycoon in the likely case plus the questions it answers.
• Return on the plan: the Estimate divided by that plan's monthly price; the Estimate minus the price; and the number of days of the likely monthly gain that cover the price (shown between 1 and 999 days).

4.3 The values we use

The Calculator page links to each source. Plan prices are the launch prices on our pricing page, before tax.

4.4 Rounding. Amounts are rounded to numbers a person would say, for example 3,860 becomes 3,900. Multiples are shown to one decimal below 10.

4.5 What the Estimate does not tell you

• Benchmarks are averages. They come from vendors and researchers, cover many different stores, and are not controlled experiments. Some come from companies that sell chat products.
• Correlation is not cause. Shoppers who choose to chat may already be more likely to buy. We count only part of the gap for this reason, but the right share for your store is unknown.
• Revenue, not profit. The Estimate is revenue before your product costs, shipping, payment fees, taxes, refunds and returns.
• Your store is unique. Results depend on your products, prices, traffic, theme, policies, season and many other factors. Your result can be lower than the careful case, including zero.
• Plan limits. The Free plan makes no add-on offers. Each plan has a monthly conversation allowance.

5. No guarantee#

5.1 We do not guarantee any increase in sales, conversion, order value, savings or return on investment, and no Estimate, example, benchmark or target in our Marketing Materials is a guarantee.

5.2 The only reliable way to know what Tycoon does for your store is to measure it in your store over time.

6. How we describe the AI#

6.1 Tycoon writes its replies with large language models from third-party providers (currently Anthropic's Claude models). We say so, and we do not claim that Tycoon is human or has abilities it does not have.

6.2 Facts come from your store, not from the AI. Prices, compare-at prices and stock are read live from your store for each reply, and shop facts such as shipping thresholds or return windows come only from facts you approved. Automated checks compare every figure in a draft reply with that data before it is sent. These checks are software rules. They greatly reduce errors but cannot catch every possible mistake.

6.3 "Learns" means tuning within your store. When we say Tycoon learns or gets better, we mean that it measures what worked in your store, such as accepted offers and recommendations that led to a purchase, and adjusts which offer, product or question it shows first. It also proposes new answers that go live only after you approve them. It does not mean that we train an AI model on your data. We do not train AI models on merchant or shopper data without explicit written consent.

7. Sample and illustrative content#

7.1 The film and the simulation. The store in the film on our home page and in the website simulation, "Lumen & Co.", is invented. It is not a real brand and not a customer. Its products, product drawings, prices, sizes, stock, the "4.8 · 212 reviews" rating, the discount, the free shipping threshold, the order status and the conversations are all sample data. The film is labelled "Sample store · invented brand · example data", and the simulation is labelled "Simulation · sample store · invented brand · sample prices".

7.2 Example dashboards and reports. Dashboards, weekly reports, percentages, restock alerts and other figures shown as examples are illustrative data, labelled as examples. They do not come from a real store.

7.3 Previews of your own store. If you preview the simulation with a few public items from a store you own or manage, the conversation is still scripted. Only the product names, images and prices come from that store's public catalog.

7.4 The personal demo. When the personal demo is connected to our live service, it runs the real Tycoon agent on the public catalog of a store you own or manage, without checkout, order tracking or discount codes. When it is not connected, it uses a scripted engine and says so on the screen.

8. Testimonials, reviews and endorsements#

8.1 We do not currently publish testimonials, reviews, ratings, customer logos, case studies or user counts.

8.2 We do not write, buy or ask anyone to write fake reviews, and we do not offer anything in exchange for a review. Reviews on the Shopify App Store are written by merchants through Shopify. When we ask for a review, we ask in neutral words.

8.3 If we publish testimonials in the future, they will come from real customers who used Tycoon, they will reflect their honest experience, we will clearly disclose any payment, discount or other connection, and if their results are not what customers can generally expect, we will say what customers can generally expect.

9. Comparisons with other products#

9.1 General comparisons. Comparisons such as "Typical chatbot" against "Tycoon" describe approaches that are common in the market. They do not refer to any particular product.

9.2 Named products. Where we name another product, for example to compare published pricing models, we use that company's own public pages and show the date we checked them. Prices and features change, so please check the current information on the company's website before you decide.

9.3 Product names belong to their owners. Naming a product does not mean that its owner endorses Tycoon or is connected with us. We do not aim to disparage anyone.

10. Statistics and wording#

10.1 Market statistics in our Marketing Materials come from a cited public source, linked next to the figure.

10.2 We avoid unproven superlatives such as "best", "number one", "first" or "only" about Tycoon.

10.3 Our Shopify App Store listing is written without statistics, guarantees, reviews or testimonials.

11. Corrections#

If you think anything in our Marketing Materials is inaccurate or out of date, including a comparison with your product, email tycoonagent6@gmail.com with the subject "Claim correction". We review every request within 10 business days and correct or remove what is wrong.
