  • "we", "us" and "our" mean GIXODIA L.L.C-FZ. Tycoon Agent is a brand of GIXODIA L.L.C-FZ.
  • "Merchant" means a business that installs the Tycoon app on its Shopify store. "Shopper" means a visitor to a Merchant's store.
  • "Documents" means the legal documents listed on this page.
  1. Merchant Terms of Service: the contract between your business and us for using Tycoon, including our responsibilities, yours, liability and how disputes are resolved.
  2. Data Processing Addendum: how we process your shoppers' personal data on your behalf, as your processor, and the safeguards we apply.
  3. Plans, Billing and Refunds: plans, conversation allowances, free trials, billing through Shopify, cancellations and refunds.
  4. Acceptable Use Policy: what you may and may not do with Tycoon and in your store when Tycoon is installed.
  5. Sub-processors: the companies that help us run Tycoon, what each one does and where.
  1. Privacy Policy: what personal data we collect from website visitors, merchants and shoppers, why, for how long, and your rights.
  2. AI Notice: what shoppers should know when they chat with the Tycoon AI assistant in a store, including that it is an AI and how to reach a person.
  3. Cookie Policy: the cookies and browser storage our website and the chat window use, and how to control them.
  4. Accessibility Statement: how accessible our website, chat window and dashboard are, known limitations, and how to contact our accessibility coordinator.
  5. Legal Notice: who runs Tycoon, our company and licence details, how to contact us, and trademark notices.
  6. Marketing Claims and Estimates: how our revenue calculator works, what our sample content is, and why none of it is a guarantee.
  7. Security and Responsible Disclosure: how we protect the service, and how to report a security vulnerability safely.
  1. Demo Terms: the rules for using the personal demo of Tycoon on our website.
  2. Demo Privacy Notice: what data we collect when you ask for a demo, what we read from your store, and how long we keep it.

5.1 Each Document is published in English and in Hebrew, and the two versions are meant to say the same thing. If they differ, the Document itself says which version controls. Where it does not say, the English version controls, unless the law that applies to you requires otherwise.

5.2 Each Document shows its version number, effective date and last update at the top.
